DVDs, Gaming (Software & Hardware), CDs and other associated items can be offered with same day order fulfillment and dispatch next day once payment has been received. DVD/Games sliding scale only applies if Qty. is purchased on one order.
On each of our products, there is a postage calculator which you can use to obtain how much the freight will be for that particular item. Often, depending on what items you're purchasing, Quickshop can offer combined freight for multiple items. This is calculated automatically through our custom checkout system as you proceed with your order.
If item is heavy, large or delivered to a remote location, additional freight charges may apply. Checking out does not absolve you of these extra charges. You will be notified by email to confirm any extra charges. Of course you may decide not to accept the extra charge, where upon your money will be refunded in full.

Delivery time for all of our products are provided on each listing for our products and is an estimate only. Delivery often occurs much quicker than the time displayed on the listings. This allows for weekends, shipping delays and factors beyond our control. All Games, Consoles, DVDs, PC equipment and similar items are shipped same day or next business day after receipt of payment. Imported electronics take slightly longer than Australian Stock due to them coming in from outside the country. Pre-ordered stock will be shipped as soon as stock is received. Quickshop International uses recognized couriers for all shipments.
Unfortunately we DO NOT support pick-ups due to the costs associated.
Returns and Warranty
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision. If a refund is given due to customer change of mind, a 10% fee will apply. The descision to refund in this instance is at Quickshop's discretion.
If you receive faulty, wrongly described or misadvertised goods, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit. However, if an item is faulty, we reserve the right to replace the unit or have it repaired at our discretion. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
If you have an incorrect order, or a product that is not on your order, Quickshop will organise the freight and will replace the item with the correct one. We usually do not offer refunds on incorrect orders or items, as we just replace the item with the correct one. If you have received an erroneous mobile phone etc, and have seen or noted that it is the wrong item, opened up the packaging and used the product, then this item is no longer elligible for a return, as you have used the item and were fully aware that it was incorrect before opening the box. This item would now be classified as used. Quickshop will not send out the replacement order or goods until the returned stock is deemed unused and undamaged. This is a fixed company policy and cannot be altered.
