Hi I will write one review and copy and paste it into different forums. To start I have to say that I don’t feel comfortable with buying from online shops as there is a risk that they will not deliver what they are promising. Also I dislike if a company ONLY means of communication is an email. As I was looking for an expensive camera I came across Quickshop as they had a very good price for it and also a telephone number for contact. I started reading about them in some forums and found out that the company had some problems last year and that there was a lot of complaints of goods not sent. The prior owner went broke and sold the company to the existing owners, who right away returned all the money to everyone and from then on continued to operate successfully. So I said I will give it a go. I contacted them and Karlee their manager answered all my prior questions extensively and so I clicked the buy button. I must say the what happened after that was astonishing !!!! . I purchased the goods on Wednesday and I received them from overseas via Fedex on Friday, yes two days between order and delivery from overseas, amazing !!! Congratulations Quickshop and Karlee for your amazing personal service and woossshhh delivery, and for reinstating my trust in some online retailers. Victor |

Not really an enquiry, just wanted to say that I'm extremely, most enthusiastically stoked with the service you have provided.
Haven't actually bought anything unfortunately as there was a delay between order and payment and subsequently the part was no longer available. However, Karlee was extremely helpful and offered a refund without any fuss about store credits or inability to refund when similar parts were available etc etc.
What I had dreaded being a laborious phone call arguing my case turned out to be a bright and chirpy 2 minute chat! ^^

I have just purchased my second camera from Quickshop. On both occasions, service was great and friendly, by email and phone, and the camera arrived very promptly. For my recent purchase, there seemed to be a problem with the camera. Quickshop were extraordinarily helpful; they immediately said that I should return it and they would replace promptly. In fact, it turned out to be a problem with the CD download software, which was solved by re-installing, so I did not need to take up that option. However, the marvellous way in which they handled the situation makes Quickshop the place I will buy all my future equipment. To make it still more attractive, thier prices are really low. Highly recommended! |
